Age Well East (formerly Age Concern) is a charity dedicated to supporting and advising older people in all aspects of their wellbeing. Based in Colchester, they run a variety of activity groups across the town and surrounding areas.

Age Well East meets in our annexe each week to host a friendly lunch club, supported by members of our church community. These sessions offer a welcoming space for socialising, with time to chat, along with quizzes and games. For those who wish, fish and chips can be ordered and enjoyed together.

When: Every Friday, 11:30am – 1:00pm.

This is a great opportunity to meet others, enjoy good company, and feel supported in a relaxed environment.
