AGE WELL EAST formally known as AGE CONCERN is a charity that aims to advise and support older people in all aspects of their wellbeing. They are based in Colchester and run a variety of activity groups in the town and surrounding district. 

AGE WELL meets in our new annexe to host a weekly lunch club meeting for friendship and support. There is social chat time and they hold quizzes and games and order and collect fish and chips for those who attend if they wish to have lunch.
